**About the role**

WesTrac are seeking an energetic and team orientated Administrator to join the Hydraulics Workshop in Tomago This role will see you responsible for providing administrative support to the branch through ensuring accurate timesheet entry and assistance, daily reconciliation of invoicing and other general duties.

As an Administrator with WesTrac, you will use your expertise and attention to detail to provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders.

This role will be offered on a 12 month max-term contract.

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Contractor site access management
- Data entry and reporting
- Vendor management
- Daily timesheet entry
- Work order opening and invoicing
- Previous purchasing and customer service experience
- Previous experience in a similar industry (Preferred but not essential).
- Proven time management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication skills - Interpersonal, written and verbal
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
