Together we make a real difference to the health and wellness of all people throughout the world by providing clean, safe, great tasting water; by reducing the use of single use plastics and by having a positive impact on people and the planet in the way that we do things. **About the role** As a Service Technician for Waterlogic Group you will be responsible for performing service, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience. - Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience. - Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers. - Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged. - Maximise sales opportunities such as follow up of quotes, new business development leads, after sales opportunities. **Skills & experience** - Experienced Service Technician including experience with installations, repairs, service and maintenance - Experience in a similar field as a service technician - water, coffee, appliances, etc - Drivers licence - Demonstrated experience in fault finding and diagnostics - You are enthusiastic team player who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and can resolve customer issues as efficiently as possible - Able to manage your time in a fast paced, dynamic environment **Benefits**: - Work Monday to Friday with hybrid/flexible work arrangements - Access to a rewards platform, giving all staff access to in-store and online savings from scores of retailers around Australia and New Zealand - Employee Discounts on Zip products and services - Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Refer a friend and be rewarded - A company passionate about the environment, hygiene, technology, and professional and quality - Commitment to ongoing learning and development, including Leadership and Career Development programs - Reward and recognition programs (The 5C’s Excellence Award/Employee of the Year Award/Service Awards) Waterlogic requires employees to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our people and due the requirements of our valued customers.
