**About the role**

As a Service Technician for Waterlogic Group you will be responsible for performing service, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.
- Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
- Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
- Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.
- Maximise sales opportunities such as follow up of quotes, new business development leads, after sales opportunities.

**Skills & experience**
- Experienced Service Technician including experience with installations, repairs, service and maintenance
- Experience in a similar field as a service technician - water, coffee, appliances, etc
- Drivers licence
- Demonstrated experience in fault finding and diagnostics
- You are enthusiastic team player who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and can resolve customer issues as efficiently as possible
- Able to manage your time in a fast paced, dynamic environment
