Our showroom is on the hunt for a dedicated and self-motivated sales super-star who thrives on building successful relationships with their customers and taking genuine care in ensuring each order is handled with love and care from start to finish.

As the first point of contact for all stockists and retail customers, you will essentially become the face and voice of our brandso an upbeat attitude and helpful nature is what we are looking for. The ability to handle a fast-paced environment is a must

**ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE**:

- Wholesale and retail customer management
- Monthly sales and inventory forecasting and allocations
- Have existing relationships and experience in dealing with key decision makers
- Researching, negotiating and bringing on board new customers to complement our existing portfolio to ensure monthly targets are met
- Face to face customer service: pre-selling seasonal ranges and stock
- Proactively contact customers, informing them of new arrivals, sales, promotional offers and development lines
- Accurately enter sales orders and make modifications when necessary while adhering to strict deadlines
- Work closely with key stockists to produce exclusive development lines
- Keep accurate sample inventory and merchandising showroom
- Compile and send out sales and stock reports to relevant team members
- Assist with wholesale pick and pack for mini and major stockists

**ABOUT YOU**
- A minimum of 1 year sales representative experience in relevant industry
- A proven track record of achievement and success in fashion wholesale and customer service
- Experience in product development
- Flexible and accountable, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, high pressured and fast-paced environment
- Shopify experience desirable
- Proven strategic development, planning, execution and ability to attain targets through sales activities
- Be able to work harmoniously in a small team
- Hold a valid driver’s license

Salary depended on experience and skill set.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
