Essential Qualifications:
- Current and valid Working With Children Check.- First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Essential Skills and Attributes:
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS).- Proven leadership skills to inspire and manage a team of educators effectively.- Strong operational capabilities, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.- Exceptional communication skills to engage with families, staff, regulatory bodies, and the broader community.- Ability to foster positive relationships with all stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Experience in a Service Manager, Centre Director, or similar role.- Conflict resolution skills to address challenges among staff or with families.- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management.- Proficiency with relevant management, communication, and reporting software.- Commitment to ongoing training and development to stay updated with sector changes and best practices.
