This role provides professional, efficient, and confidential executive assistance, which includes, diary management, correspondence workflows, and business coordination to ensure the seamless functioning of the General Manager's office.
This role requires you to prioritise and coordinate tasks effectively, to ensure high quality standards are maintained and timeframes met. You will also be responsible for providing timely advice on key issues that affect both the General Manager's responsibilities and the Branch.
**Accountabilities include, but are not limited to**: - Providing quality administrative support services including calendar and inbox triage, database administration, word processing, office logistics support (such as travel bookings), correspondence tracking, file management and electronic mailbox management. Conducting a thorough analysis of enquiries or requests from internal and external stakeholders, researching, determining, and implementing appropriate actions on behalf of the General Manager. Managing general financial and travel arrangements (local, interstate, and overseas), including processing invoices and overseeing corporate card management and reconciliation.
- Facilitating communication and liaise with key clients and stakeholders, including the Minister's Office, senior departmental management, business partners, and members of the public to ensure the efficient management of the General Manager's office. Contributing to the forward planning of the Branch by regularly reviewing future diary, meeting and travel demands of the General Manager and identify possible issues that may impact on the division. Other accountabilities and tasks as reasonably directed.
This position reports to the Principal Advisor and has no direct reports
