- Work hours: 10:30-7pm
Your new role
By receiving inbound and outbound calls you will be working with credit cards, offering customers with hardship assistance, and identifying what works best, using our banking processes. Ensuring these calls are quality over quantity and ensuring that you are gathering all required information and providing this to the customer efficiently. Training will be remote first 3 weeks and then opportunity for a hybrid working environment 2-3 days in the office to follow, need to be flexible.
What you will need to succeed
- You will need to be adaptable
- Strong ability to listen to the customer's needs whilst operating various systems at one time
- Has a desire to work towards individual targets and team goals
- No prior experience needed - training is provided.
