**About the role**

As a Customer Connection Specialist, you’ll be responsible for coordinating new energy supply connections for C&I business customers across electricity and gas. You'll handle service requests, troubleshoot issues, liaise with builders and distributors, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. This is a 13-month limited term opportunity.
