**The Role - Digital Content and Communications Coordinator**

Reporting to the Fundraising and Communications Manager, the Digital Content and Communications Coordinator will oversee TLMA’s digital communications presence across a range of forums including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and others, providing quality assurance of the information being broadcast to the public.

**As the Digital Content and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Using social media platforms to develop strategy and campaigns to attract and acquire donors.
- Creating and frequently posting optimised social media content and monitoring social media for information relating to leprosy or the work of TLMA and their partners.
- Liaising with partners to coordinate social media content related to TLMA and their work.
- In collaboration with the marketing team, coordinating TLMA’s schedule of eDM’s to support its fundraising appeals, marketing and events.
- Updating content on website and ensuring that information is up to date with current. overseas programs, current fundraising appeals and current marketing communications.
- Analysing performance against budget and providing reports on all social media and digital channels, website and eDM campaigns and activities.
- Interacting and engaging with supporters and members of the global community to maintain and improve TLMA’s reputation.
- Ad hoc creation of other supporting marketing collateral and other promotional materials including fundraising brochures, advertisements, and letters.
- Upholding TLMA’s commitment to community education.
- Providing quality assurance of the information being broadcast to the public, ensuring it complies with ACFID and ANCP guidelines.
- Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Coordinator (Social Enterprise) to ensure consistency across the wider TLMA organisation.

**Your Skills and Attributes**
- Alignment with the Christian based beliefs and values of The Leprosy Mission Australia.
- Graduate qualification in marketing, communication, or related field.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative solutions within established frameworks.
- Content creation experience for web, social media, and advertising platforms.
- Familiarity of Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Positive mindset, collaborative approach, and openness to feedback.
- Learning mindset with preference for working with numbers and providing reports.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
