**The Role**
The College is seeking a highly motivated and experienced APS 6 Systems Development Lead to develop, integrate, secure and manage IT systems in support of Space and Cyber learning delivery.
You will be accountable, under broad direction to manage key stakeholder relationships, including expectations and concerns in order to achieve effective outcomes. They will contribute towards ongoing professional development of their work area. This position will work directly to the EL 1 Systems Manager and work within a small team of ADF, APS and Industry Partners to achieve outcomes.
Your duties may include:
- Learning systems management including systems integration;
- Management of subscription licenses;
- Network management;
- Technical support including hardware support and advice;
- Equipment management;
- IT maintenance and security;
- Stakeholder relationship management;
- Support the generation of learning and student statistics;
- SharePoint development and maintenance;
- Student portal administration; and
- Support to virtual learning environments including cyber ranges and simulations.
A security clearance of Positive Vetting (PV) is required, the preferred applicant may commence with Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) while they undergo the PV process.

The College is looking for a team member who has experience in systems management, including the assessment and integration of new systems. They have the skills to work collaboratively with a diverse team of learning and cyber experts, will have, or be able to quickly acquire, extensive knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks, government decision-making and Defence’s mission and policy requirements.
