We’re on the lookout for a driven Operations Specialist - Technology & Systems to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll champion the management and optimisation of our back-office technology and system integrations, ensuring we deliver an outstanding client experience every time.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Oversee day-to-day operational activities that support our advisers and client service teams.
- Lead the rollout and integration of new technology solutions to enhance workflows and business efficiency.
- Maintain and manage our entire technology stack, ensuring systems run smoothly and teams embrace new tools.
- Train and support staff and advisers on software platforms, boosting confidence and capability.
- Create and update standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, and training materials.
- Develop insightful internal and client reports using our portfolio, accounting, and compliance tools.
- Ensure transactions are processed in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with our software vendors and tech providers, monitoring performance to get the best outcomes.
