- As part of the IMI transformation, we have newly crafted Account Specialist - In Market roles across NSW, VIC and QLD reporting into Head of In-Market Portfolio.
- As an Account Specialist - In Market you will be promoting multiple product lines across your designated territory understanding the market dynamics and crafting access in multiple channels.
- Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Deliver on In-Market Brand goals including the achievement of financial and/or share targets for an assigned territory and as part of State or National goals. Achieve this through high quality sales interactions and delivering meaningful customer coverage and frequency.
- Undertake detailed analysis of accounts utilising quantitative analysis, customer feedback, partner mapping and assessment of the competitive landscape.
- Develop, implement and refine customer engagement strategy, define account action plans, align with cross-functional stakeholders on action plans for priority accounts and execute.
- Contribute to the functional goals of the In-Market Portfolio team. Help the team identify key opportunities through contributing to the development of business plans, customer insights and prioritisation of opportunities across the product portfolio
- Ensure the timely reporting of adverse events to the regulatory department in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of all weekly reports, maintenance of territory records and CRM database, handling of enquiries/ complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures.

**Minimum requirements**
- What you’ll bring to the role:
- Ability to manage sophisticated portfolio offering with multiple customer audiences and decision maker units
- Key account management experience
- Specialty care product sales
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Excellent collaboration and engagement skills with partners across the organization and with HCPs
- Agile and adaptable nature, able to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Strategic attitude along with passion and a high emotional intelligence will be critical to be successful in this role
