**About the Role**

GSK is building a national specialty team and looking for two experienced **Specialist Account Managers** to join our new Haematology team. Reporting into the National Sales Manager, you will have full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your QLD territory; providing a consistent, science led and value-added service across the Haematology portfolio.

**Two QLD based SAM positions available - QLD north and QLD south**

**Your role will be varied and will include**:

- Implementing comprehensive key account plans to drive value and deliver growth
- Clinically differentiate GSK's Haematology portfolio as the preferred option for appropriate patients
- Ensuring that key accounts and stakeholders are engaged, educated and informed to support the patient journey and enhance the quality use of medicines
- Working in partnership with GSK commercial, medical and sales teams to deliver objectives in line with GSK strategic objectives

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Significant experience in a hospital specialist position is essential, with an applied understanding of the complexities of working in the hospital environment
- Experience with and knowledge of the Haematology therapeutic area
- Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both medical and commercial stakeholders
- An aptitude for science, with the ability to relay complex information in a clear and tailored format
- A sharp commercial focus complemented by outstanding account management, influencing and relationship-building skills.
