Alkar Refrigeration Services is a Family owned Refrigeration installation business seeking a **full time **Administration Support **Assistant **to work with the Installation Manager, Sales Team and CEO.

This role is a full time role 38 hours per week Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm.

This company has been operating for over 50 years in the commercial industry and is based Southwest of Brisbane, servicing all of Queensland and Northern NSW based out of Acacia Ridge.

This administrative assistant role is to mainly support the Installation Manager with the following tasks to include, but not be limited to;
Acquiring Quotes from Suppliers

Ordering Equipment and machinery for onsite delivery

Ordering Transport for equipment to site

Arranging technician and apprentice team scheduling after liaison with the installation manager

Creating additional cost centres from main jobs when extras arise during installation process.

Chasing parts under warranty or short supply during installation process.

Assisting in reporting of job progress reports relating to expenses and hours on jobs.

Liaising with clients, suppliers and other trades where necessary.

Assisting with orders to suppliers and necessary documentation as required swms and any site inductions.

Prior experience in the use of Simpro Project management software would benefit the applicant as this is the main program used for this role.

The person we are seeking to fill this position would possess the following:

- *Previous experience in a similar role
- *Good Communication & Customer Service Skills
- *Understanding of Small Business Processes
- *Reliable and Punctual
- *Ability to work independently

Your remuneration will include a uniform, as well as a negotiated Wage + Super, depending on skills, qualifications and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $43,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- No weekends
