The role:
Process Finance Company Payouts and customer refunds

Assist the team with processing Vehicle Deals

Assist with processing Vehicle Factory Invoices

Process Vehicle Bailment Transactions

Assist the team with Vic Roads transfers and queries

General Administration and account duties

About you:
Pentana experience along with automotive dealership experience (minimum 1 year)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Excellent time management skills with a can do attitude

The ability to prioritize urgent task and ability to support the team

Excellenet communication skills and a team player
