**About the Role**
W**hat You Will be Doing**
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Process and track orders, invoices, and payments.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for the trades team.
- Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and correspondence as needed.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
**What You Will Bring**
- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
