The team at Hive have over 15 years' experience working in the Sales & Marketing sector in Australia. We partner with brands directly who have great products to promote.

We are currently operational across 3 major states and have just launched in VIC with 3 clients. This represents a great opportunity to join a team that’s experiencing a very exciting phase of growth You will take guidance and work closely with the State Sales Manager to deliver sales volume, train new team members and scale campaigns across a diverse client range.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

- Manage and coach a team of sales representatives across various direct sales campaigns
- Implement training strategies and workshops to increase sales performance
- Work closely with team members to achieve their personal sales goals
- Map out a monthly/quarterly plan with the State Manager to achieved desired target growth for clients we represent

What we are looking for:

- Proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in the food or subscription service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Willingness to travel around the metro area of VIC

What we provide:

**Salary**: $59,279.53 - $100,000.00 per year
