**The Company**

Our client is a renowned Swiss Maison specialising in fine jewellery and timepieces, driven by refined, elegant designs by the world's best watchmakers. This is a rare opportunity to work with an exclusive heritage brand in a successful boutique

**The Role**
- Lead an established team of 6 in a top performing location through continuous coaching and development activities
- Oversee all aspects of the boutiques operations to ensure utmost efficiency
- Drive sales and KPIs whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Liaise with stakeholders and develop partnerships as a brand ambassador
- Tenured experience in a management position leading high performing teams in a luxury setting
- Experience with watches and fine jewellery preferred
- Exceptional personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales skills and clienteling experience
