**About the role**:
SAE Sydney is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Experience Manager, to join our campus leadership team. As a vital part of our institution, the Student Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive, safe campus culture and ensuring a positive student experience. This position is instrumental in the overall leadership and management of services, contributing to a culture of excellence and growth.

You will provide essential operational support to the Campus Manager in implementing strategic directions across the student experience of campus life. Collaborating with national functions and local staff, you will coordinate the provision of effective student engagement and service channels. Additionally, you will work closely with key campus and national roles to deliver high-quality information, advice, and resources to students, and assist in addressing student inquiries during peak times, ultimately contributing to the success of our students and the positive campus experience.
- Experience in a Higher Education provider, specifically student services or engagement
- Demonstrated management experience and team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively
- Completion of a post-secondary qualification(s) or a combination of qualifications and relevant work experience
- Demonstrated effective and high-level customer service and relationship skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in project management, with the ability to organise and oversee complex initiatives
- Experience working with student management systems and/or complex databases, for the administrative functions of, enrolment, orientation, graduation, student misconduct and all other aspects of the student cycle will be highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and excellent administration and organisational skills, including the ability to work independently.
- High proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Slack, and Google Apps is highly desirable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the creative industry sector will be highly regarded
