Chalouhi, a leading civil engineering and construction company, is looking for a highly organised and proactive **Bid Coordinator** to join our team. As we continue to grow and expand, we are excited to announce our move to a modern office space in Strathfield in March, offering an enhanced work environment for our team.

**About the Role**:
As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the preparation and submission of tender documents for civil projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure bids are prepared accurately, on time, and aligned with the company’s standards. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in driving the success of our bid submissions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the preparation and submission of tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid documents, including pricing, scope of work, and technical specifications.
- Monitor bid timelines and ensure all submissions are made on schedule.
- Maintain a database of previous bids and associated documents for future reference.
- Assist in the creation of proposal documents, including presentations, submission forms, and detailed cost estimations.
- Support senior management with bid strategy and documentation review.
- Manage communications with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors during the bid process.

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a bid coordination or administration role within the construction or civil engineering industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to work.
