**Transform the everyday through your role in creating sustainable transport solutions.**

**In this role you will**:

- Provide EHS and Rail Safety support across construction, testing, and commissioning phases for the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Project.
- Promote a continuous improvement culture and implement best practice management systems.
- Monitor daily site tasks and advise on risks and controls.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and legislative requirements for health and safety.
- Manage subcontractor compliance and WHS induction/training.
- Conduct audits, investigate incidents, and coordinate return-to-work activities.
- Monitor Rollingstock Operations compliance under ONRSR Accreditation.
- Conduct site inspections with stakeholders to ensure safe workplaces and system compliance.
- Support flexible work hours during testing and commissioning phases.

**To be successful in this role, you will bring**:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
- ICAM training (preferred).
- White Card and RISI Card (preferred).
- Identified Rail Safety Worker status.
- Experience working with complex stakeholders.
- Open, approachable personality and a flexible, self-directed work style.
