Our
**Customer Service Specialist (Personal Lender)** role is pivotal to supporting our purpose. You will provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our retail customers and their everyday general banking, insurance and simple lending needs. You’ll be challenging yourself every day to deliver sales results by helping our customers meet their financial goals through our great value products and services. Our branch teams complete any necessary task to support our customers.
- Penrith, full time Monday to Friday from 8.30am-4.45pm daily
- Parramatta, full time Monday to Friday from 8.30am-4.45pm daily
- Blacktown, full time Monday to Friday from 8.30am-4.45pm daily
- Relief Western Sydney, full time Monday to Friday from 8.30am-4.45pm daily
Ideally you can demonstrate work experience in a complex customer service, hospitality or sales environment however with our learning and development programs, we hire for potential and train for success
Please note for the Relief role, you will need to be flexible to travel between Penrith, Blacktown, Parramatta and Hornsby covering planned and unplanned leave, access to a reliable vehicle is preferred. To support our Flex working environment, all full-time roles can be offered as part time/job share either 2 or 3 days.
