**About the Role**
- Take inbound and make outbound calls
- Turning enquiries into actual admissions
- There will be a range of sales, customer service and administrative tasks
- Sales experience would be highly regarded, however contact centre or high volume based work experience is a must

- Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to work to work under pressure
- Comfortable working in a continuously changing working environment
- High level of written & verbal communication skills
