We are looking for a fabulous Learning Coordinator to join our friendly people team, due to exciting business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to build a career in learning and/or may be someone early in their learning or HR career, looking to develop a learning specialisation in a supportive team environment. You will work in a team of five and will report to our L&D Delivery Lead to roll out inductions, webinars and other learning opportunities smoothly and efficiently.

**The role is responsible for**:

- Coordination of the end-to-end logistics and set up of learning sessions and programs in Australia including regular and ongoing induction, graduate inductions, and savvy sessions (aka webinar learning events)
- Identifying facilitators for local delivery of programs and ensure they are set-up for success
- Building online/digital learning pathways and blended learning opportunities on our learning system, _Learn Amp._
- Managing participant lists for Nous learning programs and events
- Administering our Australian Business and Community Network (ABCN) program delivery involving providing mentoring to high students from disadvantaged schools
- Partnering with the business to improve our key learning programs and create new ones

**You**:

- Possess excellent organisational skills and have great attention to detail
- Take initiative, forward plan and have strong time management skills
- Multi-task and are able to juggle a range of programs and initiatives simultaneously
- Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as autonomously/independently
- Show flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing business priorities
- Have a can-do positive attitude, and you are genuinely interested in building your learning and development skills and knowledge
- Enjoy working with good humour in a supportive, yet fast-paced team environment
- Have well-developed problem-solving skills and show good judgement.

**And the practical experience**:

- Highly desired but not essential - a tertiary qualification in HR, learning or a related field and/or experience in a similar Learning Assistant or Coordination position. This role may suit someone wanting to experience a different part of HR.
- Ideally proficient in the use of MS Office suite of products, including Power Point or be willing and able to learn.
