**About the Role**:
We currently have an exciting part-time opportunity for skilled and enthusiastic Learning Services Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team.
This role is busy, varied, and will see you working with a large range of stakeholders across our business. Using your attention to detail, and excellent Office 365 skills, this role is responsible for the coordination, administration and support of a range of fundamental activities in this team. This will include responsibilities such as managing our educational assistance program, administrative management of the leadership training programs, corporate induction training, on-line compliance training, managing our e-learning platform, and completing supplier orders and invoicing.
This opportunity plays a key role in ensuring the success of the team and help continue to build and improve organisation capability.

**What you’ll deliver**:

- Co-ordinate training schedules, registrations, attendance records, venues, catering, and manage the administrative tasks that accompany these activities such as preparing relevant reports, and assisting with the preparation and distribution of learning materials
- Maintain a registry of new employees and ensure completion of induction processes and training
- Manage and maintain team SharePoint site, the learning management system (SAP), and administer iLearn Central - reporting, trouble shooting and assignment of modules
- Undertake administration and reporting tasks as required to be support the team, including ensuring consistency and accuracy, whilst supporting members of the Organisational Development team with administrative needs.

**To succeed in this role you’ll have**:

- Excellent communication, customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical skills for interpreting data and producing reports, and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to quickly learn new concepts and skills, highly organised, and excellent time management skills
