**About the role**

**Some key responsibilities are, but not limited to**:

- Technical talent mobilisation - work with our technical capability leads across the region to map our technical talent and facilitate career development moves across our various programs and contracts
- Performance and development planning - collaborate with our broader HR team to help embed good practice and continuous improvement of our Performance and Development Review (PDR) cycle,

**About you**

We are looking for someone who can work comfortably with leaders and managers, and also get their hands into the detail; designing learning guides and solutions, mapping new processes and refining frameworks.

You will need to be able to build effective relationships with stakeholders to anticipate the needs and then manage change impact to ensure that the changes are adopted by the end users. This will be achieved by your excellent problem-solving skills as you are able to manipulate, analyse and interpret data to draw out actionable insights.

As well as being a passionate and driven organisational development/ talent management professional you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a corporate HR/ L&D/ OD role including direct responsibility for delivering defined projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management/ Organisational Development/ Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organisational Psychology
- Experience in researching, designing, and implementing capability frameworks
- Proven experience at working in a matrix/complex organisation
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or relevant Talent Management software (e.g. Success Factors)
