**About the Role**

We are seeking an Organisational Development Specialist to join our Group People & Culture team. This 12-month fixed-term role is perfect for someone with a genuine passion for talent management, succession planning, and building future capability. **Key Responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen leadership capability and organisational resilience.
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to align people capability to business strategy.
- Design and deliver talent management frameworks that align with our Workday implementation
- Identify, engage, and grow our high-potential employees globally.
- Lead and embed a succession planning process that will set Kelsian up for an exciting and successful future.
- Analyse workforce data and insights to shape future capability planning across a global business.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who brings the expertise and energy to jump-start our transformation and growth agenda. You will have:

- A passion for developing people and building future-ready capability.
- Experience in organisational development, talent management, and/or workforce planning.
- A mature understanding of tools and strategies that can support capability uplift across a large organisation
- Proven skills in designing organisational frameworks across complex, multi-jurisdictional companies
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to execute programs that drive real and lasting change.
- An analytical mindset, with the confidence to turn insights into strategy.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business, or a related field (desirable).
