If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Duty Café Manager Our bustling French café operates from 7 am to 3 pm, 7 days a week, and we're in need of someone with killer sales skills to lead the charge.

**Responsibilities (but definitely not exhaustive)**:

- Set and exceed sales targets
- Manage operational costs like a pro
- Ensure customers leave with smiles, while keeping the team happy too

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organizational and operational skills
- Must be a coffee-maker and service expert, ready to jump into any role in the café if needed
- Naturally bright, bubbly, and bursting with energy
- Ready for a long-term, full-time contract

**Additional Information**:
We're on the fast track to expansion, with a new location opening each year Exciting opportunities like sponsorships await the perfect fit for our team All our shops are located around Perth, mostly inner central.

Given our trading hours, possessing a driver's license and car is advantageous for this position. Additionally, French speaker or a passion for French culture is highly beneficial.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
