Store Manager - Jamaica Blue Flinders Private

We’re looking for a motivated and capable Store Manager to join our high-performing team in a busy, fast-paced café. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, this is your chance to step into a key role.

About the Role:
You’ll work closely with the owner to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs smoothly across service, staff, and stock. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, focus, and a great attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead staff during busy shifts
- Support hiring, training, and staff development
- Manage daily operations and customer service standards
- Place and manage stock orders
- Uphold a positive and productive team culture
- Step up as a key decision-maker in the owner’s absence
- Achieving Sales and Profit targets

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in a leadership role in hospitality (café or similar)
- A calm and confident presence under pressure
- Great communication, problem-solving, and people skills
- Barista skills or kitchen experience highly regarded
- Availability across a 6-day roster, including occassional weekends

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
