As a Care Worker with us, you'll have the opportunity to provide personalized care services to our clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, transportation, and personal hygiene support. You'll also help promote their independence and dignity while building positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families. Additionally, you'll provide companionship and emotional support and help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment by assisting with meal preparation, housekeeping, and other household duties.

We offer flexible hours to suit your lifestyle, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment. To be eligible for this role, you should have at least one year of experience in the care industry, with a Certificate III in Individual Support or a relevant qualification. You'll also need strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds, and a valid police check, working with children check (NSW), or Blue and Yellow Cards (QLD), as well as a COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

Additionally, a valid First Aid Certificate and comprehensive insurance are required if you plan to transport clients, and you'll need a driver's license and reliable transportation.
