- Experience from a retail or customer-focused environment, whether it’s online, in-store, or in a call center
- Driven by a passion for customer service, always eager to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional experiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multitask and handle changing priorities
- Friendly personality and a genuine desire to help people
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, always putting the customer front and center
- An eloquent communicator who effortlessly uses positive language to make every interaction shine
- A natural people person with a knack for making others feel valued and heard
