A great opportunity is available for an experienced Parts professional to join our Darra based team as a **Parts Advisor**.

In this role you will maximize phone and counter sales opportunities by providing professional product advice and exemplary customer service to internal (workshop) and external customers alike. Utilizing your industry knowledge and experience, you will be a key contributor to the Department's continued commercial success.

**Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to**:

- Ensuring all customer orders for parts are interpreted correctly and dispatched promptly.
- Maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Receiving, storing, and dispatching goods whilst maintaining the warehouse and required stock levels.
- Keeping fully abreast of changes in products, technology and manufacturers expectations.
