**The Opportunity**:
We're looking for an IT Support Technician in our Sydney office to provide high-quality first and second level technical support for Urbis staff in all Urbis offices.

This position will be responsible for the resolution of technical support incidents/requests and ownership of problem escalations from request through to resolution,

**You will**:

- Monitoring and responding quickly and communicating effectively to requests received through the Technology Service Desk;
- Providing excellent service in response to Technology Service Desk requests by demonstrating an understanding of user requirements and the user experience;
- Utilising and maintaining the helpdesk tracking software;
- Escalating issues as needed and monitoring through to completion;
- Inspecting and performing minor repairs and liaising with external vendors for repairs to ICT equipment as needed;
- Assisting in investigating, analysing and resolving hardware problems including performing hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance and support on all computing equipment and peripherals;
- Contributing in the creation and maintenance of documentation, featuring technical information, such as the development and maintenance installation and configuration, and colleague procedures and instructions;
- Managing setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software;

- Communicates with confidence, adapting appropriately to user requirements and responds in a responsive manner;
- Relevant experience in an IT support role involving frequent, direct contact with colleagues
- Experience working in an Office 365 environment, enhancing collaboration and productivity using these tools
