About the Role
- Contribution to the advancement of quality allied health services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
- Actively promote the patient advocacy role by independently implementing the ongoing process of informed consent and ensuring patient's confidentiality and autonomy is maintained.
- Continually develop clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and engaging in professional development activities, including participating in the performance appraisal and development plans.
- Independently identify, assess, and escalate clinical risks associated with research to appropriate members of the healthcare and research team.
