**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and replacements on mobile phones, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and addressing hardware/software issues.
- Offer expert guidance on mobile phone maintenance and troubleshooting to customers.
- Keep up to date with the latest mobile phone models, technologies, and industry trends.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction with repairs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and other relevant data.
- Uphold safety and quality standards in all aspects of work.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in mobile phone repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of mobile phone technology, components, and repair techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Passion for technology and staying current with the latest trends in mobile devices.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
