**About the role**
As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be joining SHAPE’s vibrant finance team, assisting in the day to day outward payments for the SHAPE Group. As part of your responsibilities, you will:

- Respond to queries from external stakeholders and SHAPE employees, providing support and guidance in relation to accounts payable.
- Set up new and manage current vendor details
- Assist with calculations and management of Project Bank and Trust Account requirements.
- Reconciliation and management of key supplier accounts.
- Administering and secure filing of subcontractor security

**About you**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to problem-solve
- Conflict resolution skills
- Solid grasp of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Previous accounts payable experience is desirable.
