**About the role**

Reporting to the Recruitment Superintendent, you will lead a team of Recruitment Administrators, supporting the recruitment team You will have a high level of attention to details in everything you do, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide (Depending on the person we obtain - will determine structures) administrative support to the Recruitment Team
- Managing a team of Recruitment Administrators
- . Develop fit for purpose ways of operating for each business unit
- Supporting a team of Recruiters
- Assist with pre-employment medicals,, police checks, PPE orders
- Ensure compliance checks are completed and correct (Work rights, VEVO check)
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal & external stakeholders

Assist with international and visa enquiries and to link in with our relocation team

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Strong leadership skills, with an ability to grow and develop a team
- An understanding of mobilisation requirements for client sites (RIO, BHP, Roy Hill)
- Understanding and managing through different priorities and guiding the team through these
- Strong excel skills, with an ability to produce reports when necessary
- Able to maintain composure in a fast-paced, energetic workplace, responding to competing demands for time and resources
- Strong time management and organisation skills to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met
