FP&A Lead - Finance Business Partner

**Further Accountabilities but not limited to**:

- Providing timely, accurate and insightful analysis to the Finance Director, Managing Director and Australian Sales Director on overall financial performance. Provide recommendation of actions derived from the insights.
- Responsible for Quarterly Forecast and results submissions to the APAC region, including detailed gross margin variance analysis, whilst ensuring cross functional alignment and communication.
- Play a pivotal role in the S&OP monthly forecasting cycle, with monthly cash ups of the P&L forecast and preparation of Monthly Business Review presentations
- Play an active role as a member of both the Finance & Sales Leadership Team; providing the team with good governance and insights.
- Responsible for building talent within the ANZ finance team and sales team with an emphasis on commercial acumen, project financials and sales transactions.
