We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team in a hands-on role based in SA that supports **store setups, relays, relocations, and expansions**. Reporting to the Store Setup & Support Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring these projects are delivered efficiently and in line with business expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Store Setups, Relays, Expansions & Relocations**
- Assist in preparing and launching new stores by the designated opening date
- Support the relay, expansion, and relocation of existing stores
- Implement Planograms and Chemist Warehouse-approved merchandising standards
- Help prepare and organise merchandising materials for upcoming store projects
- Participate in the development and testing of new merchandising strategies
- Provide support and training to store staff in line with Chemist Warehouse retail guidelines

**General Duties**
- Carry out additional tasks or projects as directed by management
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Foster a professional and respectful working environment
- Maintain a strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and wellbeing

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Previous merchandising or retail experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Planogramming is highly regarded
- A current and valid driver’s licence is required
- Knowledge of Chemist Warehouse merchandising guidelines is beneficial but not essential

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload independently
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and highly adaptable
- Comfortable lifting and moving stock as needed
- A collaborative team player who also works well autonomously
- Flexible with hours and willing to travel interstate
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new environments and systems
