The Businesses division includes, Leasing, Retailer Administration, Retail Design & Delivery, Business Development and Innovation, BrandSpace, Finance, Strategic Analytics and Business Solutions.

**Your Opportunity**

We’re seeking a **Leasing Team Coordinator **to step into a fast-paced and dynamic role within our NSW Leasing team. This is a varied role, in which you’ll be juggling multiple priorities and balancing conflicting deadlines. You will,
- Manage room bookings, video conferences, teleconferences, and preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
- Booking and coordinating travel requirements, and working with the wider PA network to coordinate events
- Manage expense reconciliations for Regional Managers and the team
- Actioning invoices and assist with reporting processes

You’re a passionate, dynamic, self-motivated admin professional, who enjoys contributing to a high performing culture and prides themselves in high attention to detail. You’ll be able to demonstrate your organisational skills, flexibility to change, and your proactive nature - all elements of your success in your career to date. Experience within retail or property isn’t necessary, however you’ll be able to demonstrate impressive experience in a varied administration role.

You can also look at the bigger picture and spot opportunities as they arise. Strong administrative skills are required (advanced PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills) and the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once. You will be tenacious and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, where going the extra mile is often required. This is a busy and somewhat demanding role for a highly successful team so is well suited to an ambitious Team Coordinator who loves what they do
