ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Review Advisor to join our Professional Standards team. You’ll play a key role in transforming and enhancing our Quality Review Program, supporting members in public practice, and contributing to the integrity of the CA designation.
**Key responsibilities**:

- Review practice questionnaires to determine appropriate reviewer and review type
- Update and maintain standard forms, letters, and checklists to support the review program
- Review and moderate findings, and communicate progress with stakeholders
- Design and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation
- Provide technical assistance, training, and resources to members and reviewers
- Contribute to cross-divisional projects and process improvements

ABOUT YOU
You’re a confident communicator with strong analytical skills and a commitment to professional standards. You enjoy working both independently and collaboratively, and you’re passionate about helping others improve. You offer:

- Strong Financial accounting or auditing experience
- Solid understanding of Australian and international accounting standards
- Expertise in compliance and risk management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Pursuing or holding a CA or CPA designation.
