**What you'll need to succeed**
You would have demonstrated experience in,
- Create new user accounts - ensuring that security matrices and relevant protocols are maintained to ensure data integrity at all times
- Assist in proactively managing the City’s software licenses and desktop asset register.
- Ensure desktop support meet business SLA’s and KPI’s
- Compile statistical data relevant to Service Level Agreements.
- Administration, maintenance and support the City’s audio visual equipment, fixed and mobile phone systems, photocopier infrastructure and building security management
- Liaising with external vendors when required
- Assisting other team members with project work
- Make specialist technical contributions to identified technology projects in the Information Services business plan.
- Develop and maintain informative and understandable technology user guides for core systems and common technology driven business processes
- Liaising with external vendors when required.
