**About Us**

My Zakaya is a warm and welcoming Japanese restaurant dedicated to providing an authentic dining experience with exceptional hospitality. We are looking for **All Rounder** during dinner service.

**Role Overview**

As the **All Rounder**, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. You will act as the key point of contact between FOH and BOH, maintaining efficiency and team morale throughout the shift.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily dinner service operations, including reservations, seating, and guest flow management.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks for FOH staff during dinner service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the restaurant.
- Assist with POS operations, handling payments, and ensuring accurate billing.
- Work closely with management to improve service efficiency and customer experience.

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum **1 year of hospitality experience**, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent **time management** to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- **Outstanding communication skills**, both with customers and team members.
- A **quick learner** who can adapt to the restaurant's workflow and standards.
- Passionate about hospitality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
- Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must have **RSA**:

- Available **to work for 4-5 days per week.**

**Work hours**
- 20- 36 hours

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 34 per week
