**About Us**
My Zakaya is a warm and welcoming Japanese Izakaya restaurant dedicated to providing an authentic dining experience with exceptional hospitality. We are a very tiny restaurant with 20 seats inside and easy to manage. We are looking for a **Full-Time Front-of-House (FOH) Team Leader** to oversee our FOH operations and ensure outstanding service throughout the day.

**Role Overview**
As the FOH Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the front-of-house team, ensuring smooth daily service, and creating a positive dining experience for our guests. You will act as the key point of contact between FOH and BOH, maintaining efficiency and team morale throughout all shifts.

**Work Schedule**
- Mainly dinner shifts.
- One weekend double shift required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and support the FOH team to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations, including reservations, seating, and guest flow management.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Train and mentor new FOH staff in service standards, hospitality, and teamwork.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Assist in scheduling and delegating tasks for FOH staff.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the restaurant.
- Assist with POS operations, handling payments, and ensuring accurate billing.
- Work closely with management to improve service efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure all FOH staff adhere to restaurant policies and health & safety regulations.

**Key Requirements**
- **Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience**, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent time management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Outstanding communication skills, both with customers and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to handle challenges calmly and effectively.
- A quick learner who can adapt to the restaurant's workflow and standards.
- Passionate about hospitality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- **Must have RSA.**
