About Us

My Zakaya is a warm and welcoming Japanese restaurant dedicated to providing an authentic dining experience with exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter Staff to join My Zakaya If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Your Role:

  • Provide warm, attentive service to our guests
  • Take orders and serve food & drinks efficiently
  • Make simple drinks (soft drinks, sake, beer, cocktails, wine)
  • Keep the dining area clean and organised
  • Assist with opening duties, including floor cleaning

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Excellent time management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both with customers and team members.
  • A quick learner who can adapt to the restaurant's workflow and standards.
  • Passionate about hospitality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
  • Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must have RSA
  • Available to work 3-4 days per week, including weekends.
  • Familiar with Japanese food
