Super-organised, slightly obsessive Site Administrator?

We need 2 Site Administrators for FIFO project work. 18 - 20 months project lifecycle.

To enjoy and succeed in this role/on this site, you'll need to be slightly obsessive about dotting those i's and crossing those t's.

You'll need an aptitude for 'triaging' competing demands, and to quickly re-centre and get back on track.

Not one to rest on your laurels (or anything else, for that matter) you'll enjoy keeping busy, working with a collegial team who thrive on delivering in a busy civil construction environment.

**The deal**
- 2 weeks on, 1 off roster
- Flights to and from are covered, as are meals and accom when on site.
- 2/1 roster provides an excellent delineation between work and play.
- Positions are offered on a full-time/perm basis (accrual of annual leave etc)
- Point of hire: Negotiable. (but quite frankly, accessing the Central Queensland site is most straightforward from Mackay or Brisbane)
- Roles are paid on an hourly rate, plus penalties (annualises quite nicely)

**Ideally, you'll have;**
- Previous Site Admin experience in Civil Construction or Mining settings
- _Advanced_ Microsoft skills
- Very high attention to detail. An obsessive need to get things just right
- Laser-like accuracy in data entry
- Capacity to 'triage' competing demands
- Stamina. The days are long. You'll be busy. You'll need stamina.
- Ability to connect and communicate with the project team cohort and staff on site.
- Diplomacy/ ability to maintain the dignity and respect (and the privacy) of others
- Coal Board Medical (or, you're all good knowing you'll be having one as part of the onboarding process)
- and if you happen to also have First Aid and CPR certification
- that would be fab
