**Your new opportunity**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Team Administrator to provide support to one of our client-facing teams. You’ll provide assistance across a range of day-to-day administrative tasks, assist with communications, and help keep internal processes running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a professional and collaborative environment. We offer flexibility in hours to suit the right person, with a minimum of 24 hours per week, and the chance to contribute to meaningful work that supports our clients and our people.

**What you'll do**:

- Provide general administrative support across a range of tasks
- Correspond with clients and external stakeholders
- Help organise meetings, catering and internal team events
- Prepare and format documents, reports and client communications
- Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance-related tasks
- Handle mail and provide reception support when needed
- Support broader team operations and contribute to key projects

- Availability for full-time or part-time hours, with flexibility
- Experience in an office environment, desirable but not essential
