**Your Impact**

Reporting to the GM Commercial Strategy, this position will lead a team of 15 professionals to develop CUB's long term revenue management strategy.

Over the last 2 years, we have made great progress on our Revenue Management journey and are looking for you to join the team and continue the momentum

As a high-profile leader, you will have significant responsibilities and opportunities for impact. You will have access to the CUB CEO and Leadership Team, providing you with opportunities to engage with the highest levels of the organisation and influence important decisions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ownership of the Revenue Management strategy for CUB to deliver incremental revenue growth
- Partner with Category, Innovation and Marketing on NPD opportunity assessment across CUB portfolio
- Responsible for creating revenue growth by translating long-term strategies into 12-month plans with a focus pricing & promotional strategy, mix and pack price architecture
- Lead your team to business partner with commercial teams to deliver the plan
- Lead the team in the proactive identification of issues and recommendations across customers and channels

As an outstanding, strategic leader, you will be highly experienced in Revenue Management and able to drive profitable revenue growth across businesses. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment will significantly contribute to the success of the organisation.

Other key attributes we are looking for include:

- A Degree in Finance or Commerce
- Solid experience in across Finance, Commercial roles
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to influence and sell recommendations internally
- Strong analytical skills and development of insights and recommendations for action
- Advanced strategic thinking to identify and solve new problems, translate thinking into measurable actions
