Based in our Melbourne Head Office in Mount Waverley you will be responsible for human resource and employee relations execution and advice for our National Contact Centres.
This is a newly created, 12 months fixed term contract and a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking to build their career into a business partner direction, giving you a lot of autonomy and ability to demonstrate the value of HR partnering with the business. About the role
- Act as the lead for ER/IR caseload for the National Contact Centre, handling high volumes of disciplinary, grievance, performance management and absence procedures with trade union involvement
- Work with the HR Business Partner and National Contact Centre team to design and implement initiatives to continually develop I-MED team-leader and manager capability
- Partner with the HR Business Partner and HR/OD team to support and promote the ongoing development and implementation of I-MED Engagement and Culture initiatives
- Collaborate with the HR Business Partner, HR/OD team and National Contact Centre teams to manage the development and implementation of other key initiatives as they arise, across the full HR spectrum
- There will be some travel interstate as necessary.
