**Your new role**

As an HR Officer you will support the P&C Manager in the administration of all human resources activity within the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include administrative support with recruitment, OHS, onboarding and inductions and working closely with line managers to build strong internal relationships.

There are also a number of exciting projects in the coming months that you will have the opportunity to support with.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of organisational and administrative skills
- Good attention to detail
- Be reliable and ability to be discrete with confidential matters
- Ability to conduct and/or support in interviews
- IT proficient (previous experience with HRIS would be a benefit)
- A relevant qualification in HR or business, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Be able to demonstrate skills and knowledge in best practice HR activities
- An understanding of the current workforce issues that impact the NFP industry
