MinniCare is currently recruiting Disability Support Workers to assist clients in their homes and in the community in Western Suburbs.

There are multiple positions available in this area. However, applicants must live or be willing to travel to Tarneit in particular.

These roles will suit support workers with a background in disability support and will require you to be self-motivated, organised, flexible, and on the ball. Successful applicants must be able to work unsupervised with a client-centered approach.

Requirements for this role include:

- Certificate IV in Disability (preferred) and/or a minimum of 1-year relevant industry experience;
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain one immediately);
- International Police Check - if you are an international applicant or have lived outside of Australia within the past 10 years;
- Current First Aid & CPR;
- Current and valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle;
- Competent written and verbal communication;
- Up to date Covid Psychologist

Furthermore, all applicants must have a relevant visa or working rights in Australia.
